Current Positions Available:
Part Time Customer Service Assistant
Babbonis is looking for a new addition to our team! We’re looking for a personable, organized customer service assistant. Applicant should look forward to serving our wonderful clients and being a part of a creative environment providing exceptional care and beautiful portrait photography.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to work up to 15-25 hours a week: Tuesday-Thursdays and occasional Saturday mornings. Successful applicants are professional, have a desire to learn, comfortable interacting with clients, organized, and are a dependable self-starter.
Duties and daily tasks include but won’t be limited to:
- Answering phone calls
- Scheduling sessions
- Helping Clients upon order pick up
- Greeting and interacting with clients
- Assisting Wayde in the camera room
- Client follow-up
- Portrait order assembly
- Light Housekeeping
Skill Requirements:
- Must have good oral and written skills.
- Experience in client relations or customer service
- Knowledge of Mac OS X
Part Time Production Assistant
We’re on the hunt for an organized, team player for a production assistant. Applicant should look forward to a creative environment that’s all about beautiful portrait photography and its wonderful clients!
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to work up to 15-25 hours a week: Tuesday-Thursdays. Successful applicants are professional, have a desire to learn, comfortable interacting with clients, organized, and are a dependable self-starter.
Responsibilities include and aren’t limited to:
- Digital workflow
- Image conversion and color correction
- Digital portrait retouching
- Prepping shows and portrait orders
- Order Completion
- Assembling portrait orders as they come in from the lab
- Assisting in quality control for orders
- Framing portraits
- Other occasional tasks – greeting clients, answering/directing phone calls, assisting Wayde in camera room with clients and light housekeeping.
Skill Requirements:
- Intermediate to Advanced experience in Photoshop
- Knowledge of Mac OS
- Good organization and oral communication skills
Internships
Babbonis is always open to interns during the summer months that has the potential to turn into part-time employment throughout the fall – school year. To qualify one must have a willingness to learn, great people skills, attention to detail, and a love for photography! Daily tasks would include but not be limited to… answering calls, scheduling sessions, helping clients upon order pick up, retouching, data entry, order placing, housekeeping, and Wayde’s assistant in the studio.
